He is a fixture in Los Angeles and a favorite of other comedians. While he has built a deep resume in television, writing for sitcoms and producing streaming series, his standup answers to no room but his own. He shot his 2025 special, Untitled, at the Comedy Store and released it independently, bypassing the major streamers entirely while still landing on year-end lists.
He builds his material by taking the wrong side of an argument and forcing the audience to follow his logic. He will suggest that the only way to keep enjoying a disgraced musician is to aggressively avoid watching the documentaries about them, treating a refusal to learn new information as a practical life skill. He sounds completely reasonable, even when explaining exactly why he is wrong.
Born in England and raised in Jamaica before moving to the States, he views American cultural anxieties from a calm distance. That detachment underpins his entire stage presence.
