A fiercely indignant nerd who refuses to apologize for his fixations.

Jared Logan steps to the microphone and projects like a theater kid who just lost his mind. He handles mundane annoyances with the volume of a stage actor playing to the back row. His voice constantly climbs toward a yell, cracking just enough to sell his indignation. He does not play the meek, self-effacing nerd. Instead, he treats his dorkiness as a high-status trait, getting genuinely furious that the rest of the world refuses to accommodate his weird, specific demands.

When he explains why he failed at being a schoolyard bully, he does not ask for sympathy. He shouts about wizards and orcs with absolute, unearned bravado. The joke is always the scale of the reaction. He takes a tiny grievance and screams about it with such perfect diction that the premise simply gives out.

He spent a decade as a fixture of the Chicago and New York scenes. He became the kind of comic other comedians watch from the back of the room to see how a joke gets built.

Outside of clubs, he directs that energy into the tabletop roleplaying world. He runs campaigns for the Glass Cannon Network and his own actual-play streams, functioning essentially as the comedy community’s designated Dungeon Master.

He grew up in Morgantown, West Virginia, and that background occasionally peeks through the articulate shouting. Whatever room he plays, he builds tension entirely through breath and volume, riding a wave of righteous anger right up to the punchline.
