Patient deadpan about small embarrassments you are too tired to correct.

On stage, he rarely raises his volume above a kitchen-table murmur. He stands loose behind the mic, shoulders dropped, delivering setups that sound like casual confessions he did not quite mean to say aloud. When a punchline lands, he does not smile or celebrate. He just blinks, lets the silence hang for an extra half beat, and lets the logic sink in.

He cut his teeth in San Francisco before moving south to Los Angeles, carving out space as a club regular and a staple on underground showcase circuits. Comics watch him from the back of the room because there is almost no fat on the writing.

His best bits hinge on quiet surrender to awkward situations. In one routine, a server mishears his order for an affogato and brings him an avocado instead. Rather than cause a scene, he quietly eats the avocado with a spoon just to keep the peace. On heavier territory like Catholic guilt or navigating bottom-tier health insurance, he keeps that exact same muted register. He is funnier when he sounds cornered by ordinary life than when he swings for bigger targets.

Years spent tending bar show up directly in how he handles a stage. He treats an unruly room the way an experienced bartender handles an impatient customer at last call, never raising his voice to prove a point.
