Comedy Central Presents

Reggie McFadden builds his set around the specific social etiquette of smoking crack in a nightclub and the logistical realities of dating large women. Relying on character act-outs and physical punchlines, he breaks down the mechanics of late-night bad decisions with the polished pacing of a working club comic.

Filmed in Los Angeles for the inaugural season of Comedy Central Presents, the performance captures McFadden a few years after his stint as a cast member on the final season of In Living Color. It is a straightforward, tightly rehearsed half-hour that serves as an early blueprint for the network’s long-running stand-up franchise.
