Steinberg comes onstage like someone arriving twenty minutes late to a brunch she planned. The delivery is fast and loud, pitched right at the front of the room. She sets up a premise about wedding planning or skincare with the polished grin of an influencer, lets the room settle into expecting light observational humor, and then drops without warning into the graphic mechanics of childbirth, body hair, or a disastrous bachelorette party. When an audience winces at an intimate confession, she does not back off. She widens her eyes, lets out a small nasal scoff, and acts as though the room is being hopelessly prudish.

She is a road comic who built her following in traditional club rooms, synagogues, and deli backrooms, pairing classic joke mechanics with unapologetic filth. Specials like Burning Bush and Schmear Campaign capture her operating at full throttle. The writing is dense with tags, and while the sheer velocity of her delivery can occasionally steamroll subtler setups, she rarely leaves dead air on the floor.

Steinberg grew up in Tampa and started telling jokes in high school before studying theater in New York. You can hear that stage training in her timing, but the material belongs entirely to the Borscht Belt. She treats marriage, motherhood, and family obligation not as cozy domestic milestones, but as an ongoing negotiation she is determined to win.
