The material was recorded at the Dominion Theatre in London in November 1992. It served as the final taped special for Hicks before his death from pancreatic cancer in 1994 at age 32. While British audiences had already embraced his misanthropic style, this show solidified his status as a major countercultural force. In 2017, twenty-five years after the original performance, Comedy Dynamics gave the set its first official audio release as a double LP and digital album. The audio format highlights the theatrical rhythm of his delivery, from his quiet, gravelly conspiratorial whispers to his sudden, mic-rattling screams.
