Instead of delivering polished, individual sets for their major streaming debut, DC Young Fly, Karlous Miller, and Chico Bean brought the unstructured, high-volume energy of their podcast straight to a packed arena. The resulting hour is less of a traditional stand-up special and more of a loose freestyle session. Backed by a live band, the three comics roam the stage, trade rapid-fire insults, and target the audience with the kind of immediate, off-the-cuff crowd work they perfected during their years on Wild ‘N Out. Filmed in December 2022 at the Gateway Center Arena in College Park, Atlanta, and released in June 2023, the special was directed by industry veteran Stan Lathan. It leans heavily into local hip-hop culture, complete with stage appearances by Atlanta favorites Rich Homie Quan and Goodie Mob. Rather than following a script, the trio relies on their quick-thinking chemistry, bouncing from personal roasts to spontaneous musical riffs. By the time the special hit Netflix, the group had already built a massive touring operation, and the release quickly claimed the top spot on the platform’s TV charts.
