Coming To The Stage - Season 1

Club showcases live or die on the host. Dan Levy keeps the room loose, leaning into easy, self-effacing crowd banter to tee up sets rather than rattling off names from a cue card.

Filmed at the Cisco Stage in Burbank, California, the six-episode run served as the first original series produced by Comedy Dynamics, premiering on Hulu in 2015. At the time, Levy was writing for The Goldbergs after working on Mulaney, polishing the stand-up style that led to his solo special Lion the following year.

Each twenty-minute episode features sets from two performers, including Dave Anthony, Sara Schaefer, Ian Abramson, and Jen D’Angelo, interspersed with short animated sketches about a character called Humorous Vacuum Robot.
